Energy Tools for Turbulent Times

In times of stress, it's normal to feel anxious or scared. I find that using my energy tools every day helps me feel more balanced and able to allow my intuition to guide me towards insight. Here are my three top go-to’s for useful tools when under stress.

1. Breathe.

Slow, measured breathing has been scientifically proven to reduce stress in both body and mind, and to calm the fight/flight response.

Dr. Andrew Weil has an excellent 4-7-8 Breath exercise that I find very helpful.

You can access measured breathing videos on Calm, You Tube and more. Find one you like and use it often.

2. Learn.

Real facts and information from trusted knowledge sources can help reduce feelings of fear.

The more we educate ourselves, the more our minds can make sense out of what may feel overwhelming. When we move through fear, our inherent intuition can guide us towards innovative and useful ways to access health, wellness, safety - and more!

Learn more about how to boost your immune system with rest, food, supplements, exercise and more, at Dr. Josh Axe and Dr. Andrew Weil websites.

Through self-care, reflection, community and uplifting perspectives for ourselves and those around us, we help our immune systems stay strong and our minds stay calm.

3. Practice.

Meditation and guided imagery can help you balance your energy systems, as well as calming your nervous system and limbic systems. Only a few minutes a day can work wonders! There are many kinds of meditation practices to try. If you don’t have a regular practice, consider adding one into your lifestyle now.

Our free Guided Meditations are designed to help you work with your energy systems to support your mind, body and spirit. Listen to our Energy Essentials™ Series to learn How To Ground Your Energy - a wonderful tool to feel the energetic support of the earth for well-being.

You can also learn how to How To Shield Your Energy - a simple visualization to create energetic boundaries. Check out How To Manage Your Energetic Balance. This important skill helps you to remain neutral and adjust your energy as you choose. As with all energy tools, these are designed to support energetic well-being, and are not to be used as a replacement for medical care or treatment.

Here is a lovely meditation for global healing inspired by our friends at Healing Beyond Borders:

Meditation to Support Global Healing:

  • Center within your heart and feel yourself grounded and fully present. Set your intention for the highest good of all.

  • Fill your heart with loving universal energy and divine wisdom.

  • Intend, imagine, or intuitively “see” a global blanket of healing energy surrounding the planet.

  • See healing and wholeness for all of humanity, affirming health, strength, and peace for all.

  • Allow any fear to be transformed into love, which can now positively strengthen immunity.

  • Send peace, love, and wholeness all beings and to our planet.

  • See it as done and give thanks!

Stay safe and be well -

Warmly,
Wendie
