RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
You may return any healing stone jewelry, crystals, and gemstones (collectively the “Products) purchased from the Store on Website within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and handling fees, including a U.S. duty surcharge, if applicable. Products returned will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.

Enclose a copy of the packing slip/invoice along with the merchandise you are returning.
All sessions purchased from The Practical Path for the services of Wendie Colter, including Medical Intuitive Sessions, Biofield Balance Energy Healing Sessions, and Transformational Coaching Sessions are non-refundable. E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Partial refunds on Session Packages are not accepted.
The Medical Intuitive Training Level 1 and Level 2 tuition purchased through The Practical Path is refundable minus a $150 administration fee, upon email or phone request, up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled first class meeting date. Refunds after the scheduled first class meeting date are not accepted. No refunds or credits will be given to "no shows." Tuition payments are transferable to classes or services offered by The Practical Path at the current rates available.
Medical Intuition for Healing Workshop and Master Classes tuition purchased through The Practical Path is refundable minus a $50 administration fee, upon email or phone request, up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled first class meeting date. No refunds or credits will be given to "no shows." Tuition payments are transferable to classes or services offered by The Practical Path at the current rates available.
Healing with Crystals & Gemstones Workshop tuition purchased through The Practical Path is non-refundable. Tuition payments are transferrable to any classes or services offered by The Practical Path at the current rates available.
The Practical Path reserves the right to cancel a program or class for any reason, at any time. Tuition payments made for any classes cancelled by The Practical Path will be refunded in full. Refunds are given in the form the original payment was received. The Practical Path is unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of a cancellation.
